so i figured id attempt to make one of these for the civic,
bear with me im sure i will forget allot of things since its going on 5 years strong now.
Theres quite the story behind this car and lets just say i have gone through my share of Blood, sweat, and Beers over this thing.
As you are about to read i have touched just about every part of this car since i purchased it except for engine internals and tranny which will be tore into someday haha.
i dont have many old pics because we didnt have a digi camera at the time, but can dig some up if anyone is interested lol.
But all bitching aside here she is.

Intro
1997 Honda Civic Lx Sedan
198k miles on chasis with not spot of rust.
Original Dark Green paint.
Almost the entire car has been overhauled top to bottom so original miles are unnecessary.

JDM H22A From Hmotors ( currently around 50k miles)

- DRIVE THE FUCK OUT OF IT

way down the line i plan to..
-get better seats/harnesses
- build my head (skunk 2 pro 2 cams, super tech valve train, port and polish)
-potentially get type-s pistons (11.1 comp instead of 10:6:1)
- stage 3 clutch w/ light weight fly wheel
-possible B series tranny swap with LSD and these^

Always loved this car. Plus it's a sedan, so that's another plus for me Smile
But one suggestion. You might want to round off the corners on those seat belt tabs you've got welded on the cage. Those could do some nasty things to a forehead if you're leaning in there for any reason.

yea they are slightly rounded out with a file but i didnt want to round them to much and have them look weird,
hopfully i dont end up with a gash lol.

everything operates on the car perfectly, all mechanical things are done. At this point its just me being anal about bringing it out. I would like to have the cage, interior, and engine bay painted, get an alignment, and dyno/tune it before it hits the streets.

i really wish i had better pics of when it had a buddy club style body kit, euros, white mesh grill, make mugen badgesm and the enkeis were spraybombed black before i polished the lips and painted the centers silvardo silver but these are the oldest ones i have.
this is unfortunatly the oldest pic i have; this is right after i traded rick bell the ricer front bumper for his stock one. this is before i refurbished the enkeis, before i gutted the grill, before i painted the bumper and well before the car even moved.
