searching for sub-woofers

Post by oldsintrigue on Mon Apr 23, 2012 6:17 pm

ok guys i dont live in or around Traverse City i live in Cheboygan, but anyways i am looking for subs. id like a pair of good strong 15" subs but will settle for smaller i guess lol. my amp pushes 1800 watts rms @ 1 ohm, so i would like the sub(s) to be able to handle that combined. as for a budget im not really sure right now tell me what you have and maybe we can make a deal.

what are you asking for them? im kinda looking for a 15 or a couple 8s but will settle fr what ever i can get for a decent price, i can get a eclipse titanium 15" sub from a local shop for less than a hundred. so if i can get a 15 or a pair fro around that id be happy but i dont run any really cheap shit like Duals or boss or anything

I wouldn't have a clue what to ask, it was like 600 for the 2 subs, an 800 watt amp and the box when I bought the stuff new

I've got 2 of these that I'm looking to get rid of. Had 4 of them in my civic for a while. I'm the second owner of them and they've never been run hard by me or the guy before me. He barely had them broken in by the time I got them. They're 10" 4 ohm. later on I was running 2 of them on a 1000W amp and they sounded great like that.

$60 for the pair.

I think they are 150W Continuous RMS and 300W Intermittent RMS.
When I was running 2 of them I had it set at 250 RMS each and they worked great. They're good sound quality subs, but if you're just looking for hard hitting noise making subs then they're probably not for you.

I've sold 2 of the subs since then. I've got 2 subs left and the amp.

It's a kenwood 1000W 2 channel.
These will give you bass, but they're designed for higher sound quality, rather than super high dB.
