Light problems

Anyone with a decent understanding of electronics and a voltmeter wanna help a brother out before this friday? Got a 96 Lincoln that the lights are being wacky on. No headlights, but the parking lights come on with the dial, and the brights only work if you flash them.

check the connections real close if they are corroded make sure to clean both sides and then check over fuses and all your wiring, better yet get rid of the lincoln and get a real car lol jk
