Fender Brace DIY
I thought i would post this to get the DIY section going.
So i built some fender brace's since i can build them for free since my uncle can get me free steel. So i build these, they are made out of 1/8" plate and 7/8" round tubing. they are super beefy
Plates:
Pipe squished and welded on:
Cleaned up and primed and painted:
Comparison:
Overall i am vary happy with how they turned out.

Re: Fender Brace DIY
those turned out really nice did you just use a vise to squish down the pipe or did you use a press?

Next week when I come home we could measure the mounts or something like that. My car probably won't be ready anyways until the cruise on Sunday.
